I have bought and sold many properties over the years. Without a doubt Simon and Tim were the best of the best and I feel sorry for people who don’t choose them. They have exceptional selling skills, can read body language and between the lines and have a charisma and energy to sell absolutely anything. They work tirelessly and get results fast. They sold my property twice over as the first sale fell through when the finance fell over. Both times, the boys got me a higher price than any other agent valued the property and so was way more than I had expected.
