Doing things the way they’ve always been done isn’t for us.

We started Sherlock Homes Group because we saw that there was something missing in the industry. There was no room for innovation, no way to approach things from different angles and colour outside the lines. Too often, customers weren’t getting the right level of service and attention that we could see was needed.

So we’re on a mission to do things differently, and reinvent what real estate can achieve for our customers. We’re challenging assumptions on the way things are done, and providing thought-out solutions on all things property with a truly client-first approach. When it comes to real estate, the old adage of spending money to make money has never been truer. Spending money on advertising your property gives it the best chance of being seen by more people, and getting sold quicker.

When you advertise with us, we charge a Vendor Paid Advertising fee. We don’t keep this fee, and it’s completely separate from any commission. The costs of this fee go towards marketing materials, and advertising your property on the major real estate websites such as realestate.com.au, reiwa.com.au, and domain.com.au.

However, the specific cost of advertising your home varies from property to property, and depends on its price range, the suburb, and which property portal you advertise on. So we’ll discuss this with you at the outset, so you know what to expect—and you can see the valuable return this investment can deliver.
